We allow returns within 14 days of receiving your package. For steps on returning, please contact us at shopkalicove@gmail.com

All returning items should be unworn, unwashed, in original condition (no visible signs of use), and must have all tags still attached.

If your return does not comply with our policy above, your item(s) with be shipped back and there will be no refund. If your order does comply with our policy above, it will be refunded back to it's original payment method. Customers will be responsible for any return fees (shipping, etc.).

Kali Cove is not responsible for any fees from any return, lost, stolen, or untraceable shipments. To ensure a safe delivery, please use a shipping carrier service that provides tracking numbers.
